Deep Facial Cleansing
Why opt for a deep facial cleansing
Deep facial cleansing is the most basic cosmetic treatment for all skin types and ages. It aims to remove dead cells, pimples (blackheads), and excess sebum from the pores from the skin. In addition, deep cleansing regulates the oiliness of the skin. The results are immediately visible and include clean, healthy, and glowing skin.
The procedure in brief
The frequency with which deep cleansing should be done depends on the skin type. Usually, oily-combination skin needs deep cleansing 3-4 times a year, while normal-dry skin needs deep cleansing 1-2 times a year.
Deep facial cleansing takes about 90-120 minutes in total depending on the skin type and condition. No preparation is required and the procedures include the following steps:
- Facial cleansing (make-up removal)
- Peelings
- Opening pores using a steam bath (vapeur)
- Sebum extraction with finger presses
- Skin antiseptic application
- Facial massage
- Application of soothing mask and antimicrobial cream
After deep cleansing, hyperemia is very likely to develop all over the face. It is considered completely normal and subsides in the next few hours. You should carefully follow the instructions that will be given to you which include not touching your face, not putting on make-up for 24-48 hours, avoiding exercise for 24 hours and of course, you should not forget to apply sunscreen daily.
After the deep cleansing of the face, the skin has been oxygenated and is ready to accept any aesthetic treatment that will follow, such as deep hydration and fruit acids.
